The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of A Task Submitted For Co-Financing As Part Of The Competition And Evaluation Of Applications, As Well As The Implementation And Settlement Of Tasks Of Local Government Units In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship In 2026, Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - In The Scope Of Purchases Of Fixed Assets Within Area 2 - Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Possibility Of Invalidating The Award Procedure Order Pursuant To Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Act If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Granted To It.1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Improve The Safety Of Drinking Water Supply Through The Construction Of A Treated Water Storage Tank And Water Supply Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Water Treatment Plant In Zarzecze. The Main Task Of The Investment Being Implemented Is To Increase The Storage Capacity Of Treated Water, Improve The Safety And Continuity Of Drinking Water Supply To Residents And Reduce The Risk Of Interruptions In Water Supplies In Emergency And Crisis Situations. On The Premises Of The Water Treatment Plant In Zarzecze A Construction Will Be Built An Above-Ground Steel Storage Tank For Treated Water With A Usable Capacity Of 300 M³, Placed On A Reinforced Concrete Foundation, Along With The Necessary Technical And Water Supply Infrastructure. The Task Will Include Installations And Technological Pipelines, The Necessary Fittings Will Be Installed And Connections With The Existing Water Supply Infrastructure Will Be Made. The Existing Technological System Of The Water Treatment Plant Will Be Appropriately Modernized And Adapted To Work With The New Tank, So As To Ensure Its Proper Filling, Emptying And Use Of The Collected Water. The Scope Of The Investment Also Includes Carrying Out The Necessary Earthworks And Installation Works, Hardening The Area Around The Tank, Renovation Of The Existing Tank, Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant Building, As Well As Carrying Out The Required Tests, Acceptance And Activities Related To The Approval Of The Facility For Use. The Materials And Devices Used Will Have The Required Certificates And Approvals For Contact With Water Intended For Human Consumption. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Project Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
