5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Construction Of A Multifunctional Pitch With Sizes Of 19M X 31.5M.5.2. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With Basketball, Volleyball And Tennis Fields And Handball Goals, With A Synthetic Grass Surface, Which Will Be Used For Recreational Sports In Opoczno On The Plot With Registration Number 1/13, Precinct 0017 Of The Commune. Opoczno. Access To The Investment Area Will Be Provided Via An Existing Exit From The Adjacent Public Road (Plot No. 555). The Plot On Which This Investment Is Planned Is Developed For Recreational And Sports Purposes. 5.3. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works; 2) Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field, Including: A) Construction Of The Substructure; B) Construction Of A Synthetic Grass Surface; C) Delivery And Installation Of Pitch Equipment, Including: - Handball Goal - 2 Pieces; - Basketball Basket - 2 Pieces; - Volleyball And Tennis Posts In Sleeves With Nets - 1 Set; - Court Benches - 2 X 5 Seats – 2 Pieces;3) Construction Of A Fence Around The Pitch With Ball Catchers Made Of Polyethylene Mesh;4) Delivery And Assembly Of A Small Architectural Object – A Waste Bin;5) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory;5.4. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), 2) Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 3) Specification Of Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stw And Orb), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 4) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, 5) Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As In The Contract Documentation.
