1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation, In The Design And Build Formula, Of An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of Two Supporting Wells S7 And S8 For The Łubnice-Kapkaz Water Intake, Along With The Infrastructure Necessary For Their Operation And Inclusion In The Existing Water Treatment Plant In Łubnice.2. The Order Includes In Particular: A. Developing Complete Design Documentation, Including Construction And Technical Designs, And Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Notifications, Administrative Decisions And Permits; B. Carrying Out Geological Works And Drilling Of Wells S7 And S8 On Plot No. 571/2, Łubnice District, In Accordance With The Current Approved Geological Works Plan; C. Performing Purification And Test Pumping, Hydrogeological Tests And Required Physicochemical And Bacteriological Tests Of Water; D. Development Of An Addendum To Hydrogeological Documentation;E. Construction Of Above-Ground Well Casings, Technological Equipment, Deep-Well Pumps, Fittings, Measurement Systems And Protection Against Dry Running; F. Construction Of Raw Water Pipelines And Integration Into The Existing Wwtp Technological System;G. Construction Of Power Supply, Control, Automation, Monitoring, Visualization And Telecommunications Infrastructure, Including Cable Ducting And Fiber Optic Cable; H. Construction Of Fences, Gates, Area Lighting, Burglary Detection System, Marking Of Direct Protection Zones And Landscaping;I. Preparation Of A Water Law Report And Obtaining A New Or Amended Water Law Permit For The Intake After Expansion;J. Carrying Out Tests, Commissioning, Measurements, As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Providing Complete As-Built, Acceptance And Operational Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And Other Documents, Including Decisions Of The Marshal Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
