The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task As Part Of The Legnica Citizens Budget Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Courtyard Area In The Quarter Of Szkolna, Mickiewicza, Łukasińskiego, Roosevelta Streets - Stage Ii (Lbo). The Task Implementation Was Divided Into Two Stages. • Stage I - Was Completed In 2025. The Main Pedestrian And Road Communication Routes, Parking Spaces And Three Water Gardens Serving As Drainage For The Area Were Constructed. The Implemented Solutions Constitute The Basis For Further Organizing The Space And Shaping Its Character In The Next Phase Of The Project. • Stage Ii - Implementation In 2026, Including Revalorization Of Existing Greenery, Including Tree Care And Planting New Species Of Trees And Shrubs Adapted To Urban Conditions. Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Such As: Solar Lamps, Lawn Barriers Preventing Entry To The Area Of ​​New Plantings. Implementation Of Communication Infrastructure, Construction Of Paths Enabling Pedestrian Communication And Access To Buildings. Introduction Of New Elements Of The Existing Green Yard, Significantly Increasing The Aesthetics Of The Area, Such As A Lawn, Planting Trees And Shrubs. The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Within The Second Stage Includes In Particular: • Revitalization Of Existing Natural Resources, With Particular Emphasis On High Greenery, • Recultivation Of The Area For The Purpose Of Planting Greenery, Including: Demolition Of Existing Elements (Clinker Brick Walls, Concrete Surface, Etc.), • Planting Of Trees, Shrubs, Hedges And Ornamental Grasses, • Establishment Of Lawns, • Construction Of Concrete Paths Connecting Entrances To Buildings With Waste Storage Areas And With Parking Spaces, • Installation Of Small Architecture Elements: Park Lamps And Lawn Barriers, Vertical Markings. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Should Make An Information Board With The Lbo 2026 Logo. The Board Should Be Round, Double-Sided, With A Diameter Of 50 Cm, Made Of Dibond Material (For Outdoor Installation) And Protected Against Uv Radiation With Laminate.
