1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Trebień, On The Registration Plot No. 77, On The Section From Km 0+008 To Km 0+535. The Investment Is Located On The Registration Plot No. 77, Trebień Registration District, In The Bielany Commune, Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Measurement Works And Geodetic Marking Out Of The Scope Of Works; 2) Construction Of A Road Bed Along With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil; 3) Construction Of The Subgrade From Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-63 Mm; 4) Construction Of The Road Surface From Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm;5) Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm Along With Their Appropriate Profiling And Compaction;6) Completing And Forming Roadside Slopes Using Native Soil;7) Performing All Accompanying And Cleaning Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Designed Road Has The Following Technical Parameters: 1) Road Category - Internal Road; 2) Number Of Roads - 1; 3) Cross-Section - Track; 4) Road Width - 4.00 M; 5) Width Of Shoulders - 0.50 M Each; 6) Cross-Slope Of The Road - Roof, 2%; 7) Cross-Slope Of The Shoulders - 8%. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Designed Geometric Parameters Of The Road, In Particular The Width Of The Road And Roadsides And Required Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes.3. The Road Structure Should Be Made Of The Following Layers:1) Roadway:A) Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm - Layer Thickness 10 Cm,B) Subbase Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-63 Mm - Layer Thickness 12 Cm;2) Shoulders:A) Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm - Layer Thickness 10 Cm, B) Substructure Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-63 Mm - Layer Thickness 12 Cm. Individual Construction Layers Should Be Made Of Materials That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation And Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Layers Should Be Spread, Profiled And Compacted Appropriately, Ensuring The Required Geometric And Functional Parameters Of The Surface.4. Drainage. The Method Of Stormwater Drainage Remains Unchanged. Rainwater From The Road Surface Will Be Drained By Gravity Through Appropriately Shaped Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Of The Road Surface. The Adopted Drainage Solution Does Not Envisage Any Interference With The Plots Adjacent To The Road. The Contractor Is Obliged To Construct The Surface And Roadsides In A Way That Ensures The Maintenance Of The Designed Slopes And Proper Surface Drainage Of Rainwater, Without Causing Its Uncontrolled Flow To The Areas Of Adjacent Properties.5. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Laws, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.6.
