Królowej Jadwigi 8. 2. The Investment Is Co-Financed By European Funds Under The European Regional Development Fund Under Felu - Priority Felu.03 Protection Of Environmental And Climate Resources, Measure Felu.03.03 Ecological Security And Adaptation To Climate Change And Prevention Of Floods And Droughts Under Integrated Territorial Investments Of Urban Functional Areas - Project Entitled Collecting Rainwater At Osir Zamość And At The Primary School In Żdanów.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Construction Of Four Retention Tanks For Rainwater And Meltwater With A Total Capacity Of 208 M3 (52 M3 Each), 2) Installation Of An Additional Well On The Section Of The Storm Sewage System Running Through The Archery Range, 3) Construction Of A Petroleum Substances Separator Integrated With A Sand Trap, 4) Construction Of A Pumping Station With Pipes For Filling The Retention Tanks, 5) Construction Rain Gardens For Collecting And Filtering Rainwater, 6) Construction Of A Vertical Garden Using Vines That Will Increase The Biologically Active Surface, 7) Placing Flower Pots In Front Of The Entrance To The Osir Building, Planted With Various Species Of Plants, Selected For Their Resistance To Urban Conditions, 8) Construction Of A Pergola Next To The Beach Volleyball Court, Which Will Be Covered With Vines, 9) Construction Of Flower Beds With Vines Next To The Existing One Osir Fence, 10) Construction Of Perennial And Shrub Beds To Increase Biodiversity, 11) Construction Of A Low-Voltage Downstream Cable Connection. 4. Additionally, Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Submit To The Ordering Party, The Substitute Investor And The Director Of Osir, At Their Request At Any Time During The Duration Of The Contract, All Documents, Materials And Information On The Progress Of The Investment Needed To Assess The Correctness Of The Execution Of The Contract, Including Approvals, Certificates, Authorizations, Qualifications - Within The Time Specified By Them, 2) Build An Appropriate Fence Of The Construction Site, Secure Roads And Communication Routes, And If Necessary, Provide Adequate Lighting Of The Construction Site, 3) Ensure Safe Pedestrian Crossing And Access For Municipal Services And Emergency Vehicles, 4) Making Connections And Installations For The Construction Site Using Our Own Efforts And At Our Own Expense, Based On The Conditions Obtained From The Network Owners, 5) Ensuring Order On The Construction Site, 6) Regularly Cleaning The Access Roads From Dirt Resulting From Driving And Operation Of The Equipment And Means Of Transport Of The Contractor, His Subcontractors And Suppliers, 7) After The Completion Of Construction Works - Closing The Construction Site And Re-Equipping The Area To A Fully Tidy State, Including Reconstruction/Rep
