The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Development Of Land For The Task Entitled Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements In The Bukowno Commune And Advertising Columns In Olsztyn.2. The Procedure Is Divided Into Two Parts: A) Part I: Development Of The Municipal Area In The Bukowno Village, Ul. Malownicza B) Part Ii: Delivery And Installation Of Advertising Columns In Olsztyn3. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under This Task Includes: 3.1) For Part I Of The Procedure Development Of The Municipal Area In The Bukowno Village, Ul. Malownicza - Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, - Delivery And Installation Of A Tin Garage, - Delivery And Installation Of A Wooden Gazebo, - Construction Of A Multi-Functional Sports Square, Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Ball Catches, - Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, - Construction Of Mineral Surfaces, - Construction Of Fencing Of The Area Constituting A Continuation Of The Existing Fence - Planting Greenery, - Performing Accompanying And Cleaning Works. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Also Includes Dismantling A Fragment Of The Fence In Order To Build A Gate, As Well As Leveling The Area, Constructing A Slope Enabling Communication Between The Plots, And Cutting Down Shrubs And Low Trees That Do Not Require Permits. Note: The Existing Gazebo And Its Equipment Should Be Left. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Does Not Include The Delivery And Assembly Of A Rope Descent And The Construction Of A Fireplace With Seats Sunk Into The Ground (Points 7) And 10 Of The Works Notification File). The Investment Area Includes Plots No. 6/6 And 6/5 (Plot Numbers Have Been Changed) In The Town Of Bukowno In The Olsztyn Commune. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Local Development Plan, The Area Covered By The Study Is Not Subject To Conservation Protection. In Accordance With The Information Of The Staroste Of Częstochowa No. Gk.6641.24.2025 Of November 27, 2025 And The List Of Changes Attached To The Documentation, The Numbers Of The Registration Plots Covered By This Study Have Changed. A List Of Changes To The Registration Data, File Entitled Information From The Starosta Of Częstochowa_Gk.6641.24.2025 And A List Of Changes.
