1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 The Design Documentation Concerns The Development Of The Grzegórzecki Park Area In Krakow In Accordance With The Attached Conceptual Design Covering Plots No. 173/18, 173/19, 173/20 Rev. S-17, Unit Records Of Śródmieście In Kraków.1.3 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.4 As Part Of The Order, Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Be Developed, Including Industry Documentation For Plots/Areas That Are In The Resources Of The Krakow Municipality, Together With A Technical Design, Obtaining All Necessary Guidelines, Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Required Formal And Legal Decisions For The Implementation Of The Investment Plan Entitled Grzegórzecki Park. Industry Projects Should Be Developed Based On The Conceptual Design Of The Design Studio Of The City Greenery Board In Krakow, And At A Later Stage Also On The Construction Design Developed By The Design Studio Of The City Greenery Board In Krakow. The Ordering Party Informs That The Conceptual Design Attached To The Tender Documentation May Be Subject To Slight Modifications Until The Contract Is Signed With The Contractor. However, Any Changes To The Concept Will Not Affect The Scope Of The Subject Order In Any Way. 1.5 The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Updating The Map For Design Purposes, Obtaining A Cadastral Map And Extracts And Excerpts From The Land Register, Land Inventory, Dendrological Inventory, Valorization, Forest Management, Inventory Of Underground Relics Of The Fort, Geotechnical Documentation, Preparation Of An Expert Opinion On The Nature And Technical Condition Of The Fort Relics, Development Of A Demolition Design And Construction Design, Guidelines, Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Opinions/Permits (If Necessary), Certificates Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works And/Or The Final Decision On The Construction And Demolition Permit From The Faculty Of Architecture And Urban Planning Of The Nicolaus Copernicus University, Preparation Of An Executive Architectural Design, A Full-Discipline Technical Design For The Entire Project, A Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Design (If Necessary), Along With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates (Divided Into Industries And Implementation Stages) And Authors Supervision.1.6 The Works Were Divided Into Stages, Which Include Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Or
