The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of A Vehicle (Microbus) For Transporting Disabled People - Participants Of The Occupational Therapy Workshop In Śmiechowice. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of A Car For The Transport Of Disabled People That Meets The Following Minimum Parameters: 2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A New Car With Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled People. The Vehicle Should Be Manufactured In 2026, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Brand New, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Except For Those Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation. The Delivered Car Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels Ensuring, In Particular, The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. The Elements Included In The Subject Of The Order On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Service. Warranty In Poland, And The Place Of Service (Aso) Should Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 120 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.2.2 The Offered Car Must Meet The Following Requirements: A) Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended).
