The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Passenger Cars For The Municipal Road Administration In Bielsko-Biała. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Parts, Also Called Tasks. The Order In The Part Covered By Task 1 Includes The Delivery Of An Suv Passenger Car With An Annual Insurance Package. The Car Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, Meeting The Conditions Referred To In The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And Implementing Regulations, And Complying With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapters Iii - V Of The Terms Of Reference.
