The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order On-Site At The Ordering Partys.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Related To The Employment Of People By The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Pzp.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order (To The Extent Known To The Contractor On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer), Including All Ict Products Or Ict Services Or Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 20, As Amended), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. - Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Complete Ict List Before Accepting The Project Documentation. The Contractor Is Prohibited From Using Ict Products, Services Or Processes That Have Not Been Previously Notified And Accepted By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing False, Incomplete Or Outdated Data And For Using A Solution Other Than The Approved One.
