The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Making Bronze Molds And Final Castings In Accordance With Designs By Mrs. Marlena Zakrzewska - Appendix No. 9 To Swzb) Preparing A Permanent Mounting - The Figurines Must Have A Mounting System That Prevents Theft Or Accidental Movement; C) Transport To The Assembly Site D) Making And Assembling Concrete Elements Constituting The Basis For Assembling The Figurines, In The Form Of Concrete Balls With A Diameter Of About 50 Cm Or Pedestals With A Square Cross-Section. The Final Form, Dimensions And Finishing Of The Elements Are Determined By The Contractor In The Design Presented To The Ordering Party For Approval Before The Start Of Implementation. The Elements Must Ensure A Permanent And Stable Positioning Of The Figures And Have A Place Enabling Permanent Placement Of Qr Codes For The Purposes Of The Planned City Game. E) Assembly Of Figures On Pedestals In 20 Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Śrem - Annex No. 10 To Swz. Requirements For Execution: 1. Figurines Should Be Made Of High-Quality Bronze, Ensuring Adequate Durability And Resistance To Mechanical Damage.2. Castings Must Be Free From Defects, In Particular Cracks, Deformations And Other Damage Affecting Their Durability Or Aesthetics.3. The Surface Of The Figures Must Be Protected With An Anti-Graffiti Preparation.4. The Figures Must Be Resistant To Weather Conditions And Extreme Temperatures Ranging From -30°C To +40°C.5. The Mounting System Should Ensure Permanent And Safe Attachment Of The Figures To The Pedestals. Warranty The Contractor Will Provide At Least: 24-Month Warranty On The Durability Of The Material And Protective Coating As Well As The Stability Of Installation (Extension Of The Warranty And Warranty - An Assessed Criterion). The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Familiarize Itself With The Locations Intended For The Installation Of Pedestals And Figurines Before Submitting The Offer. The Ordering Party Informs That Some Of The Figures Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Installed In The Area Under Conservation Protection. The Installation Of Figures In These Locations Will Be Possible After The Ordering Party Has Completed All Formalities Required By Law, In Particular After Obtaining Appropriate Permit From The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And After Successfully Reporting The Construction Works To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority - The Starosta Of Śrem.
