1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Stone Aggregate With A Fraction Of 4-31.5 Mm In A Minimum Quantity Of 540 Tons And A Maximum Quantity Of 600 Tons.2. The Aggregate Will Be Intended For Ad Hoc Strengthening Of Road Surfaces In The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune.3. The Goods Should Be Dry Or Slightly Damp And Free From Contamination.4. Permissible Dust Content Up To 2% By Weight.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Stone Aggregate From Limestone Rocks Or Aggregate With Hematite Content (Red Color Of The Aggregate).6. The Delivered Aggregate Must Have The Approvals, Certificates Or Certificates Required By Law, Confirming Compliance With The Pn-En 13242 + A1.2010 Standard. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Documents Upon The First Delivery.7. The Quality Parameters Of The Aggregate Will Be Verified Organoleptically Upon Receipt Of Deliveries. In Case Of Doubts About The Quality Of The Goods, Laboratory Tests Will Be Performed. If The Delivered Aggregate Does Not Meet The Standards, The Above-Mentioned Test Will Be At The Contractors Expense.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure, At His Own Expense,: Loading, Transport And Unloading To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, I.E. 05-825 Chrzanów Duży Ul. Ekologiczna 1 Or Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune.
