The Scope Of The Task Includes The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of:• Securing The Work Site After The Protocol Of Handover By The Employer;• Renovation Of The Roof Covering;• Renovation Of Sheet Metal Flashings On The Roof, Fireplaces, Roof Windows, Gutter Strips;• Renovation Of Gutters;• Renovation Of The Existing Lightning Protection System;• Renovation Of The Surface Of The Entrance Stairs To The Building;• Repair Of Damaged Floors And Carpets In Office Rooms;• Waste Removal And Disposal.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Work, Description And Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Specified In The Documentation (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template3. Pursuant To § 17 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Business Liability Insurance (Oc) For A Guarantee Sum Which Cannot Be Lower Than The Amount Constituting The Contractors Contractual Remuneration Referred To In § 9. 2 Of The Contract Template For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Scope Of The Policy Are Indicated In §17 Of The Contract Template. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present The Insurance Policy Before Signing The Contract.
