The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Titled: Reconstruction Of Kopernika And Pocztowa Streets In Giżycko On The Plots: - Ul. Post Office No. 459/1, 462, 1449/4, Precinct 0002 Giżycko Municipality;- Ul. Kopernika, Plot No. 454, District 0002, Giżycko Municipality, Covered By The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.1. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Earthworks, Preparatory And Accompanying Works, B) Renovation Of Sidewalks And Access Roads For People With Disabilities, C) Use Of Textured Tiles In A Contrasting Color At Pedestrian Crossings, D) Renovation Of The Asphalt Road Surface, E) Renovation Of Parking Bays, F) Replacement Of Poles And Lighting Fixtures With Led Lamps, G) Installation Of Granite Curbs, H) Renovation Of Existing Rainwater Drainage Inlets, I) Regulation Height Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, J) Renovation Of Greenery, K) Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, L) Finishing And Accompanying Works. The Ordering Party Requires Special Caution In Carrying Out The Works, In Particular Ensuring Appropriate Security And Shielding, Keeping The Construction Site In Good Order, Organizing Construction Works In A Way That Does Not Endanger People Using Neighboring Properties. Due To The Above, The Contractor Must Include The Costs Of Securing The Performance Of Works In The Offer Price. This Cost Should Be Included In Indirect Costs.2. The Ordering Party Informs That Part Of The Investment In Question (Pocztowa Street, Part Of The Road With The Sidewalk On Kopernika Street) Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments As An Urban System Constituting Part Of The City Of Giżycko And In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Wouz-Elk.5142.294.2025.Em Of August 21, 2025. The Contractor Will Carry Out Earthworks Related To The Investment In Question Under Archaeological Supervision. The Cost Of Archaeological Supervision Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Implementation Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Project Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
