The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution, In The Design And Build System, Of Design Works And Construction Works Related To The Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In The Buildings Of The Secondary School And Sports Complex In Aleksandrów Łódzki, Including The School Building And Dormitories, I.E.: 1) Construction Works Entitled: Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In The Dormitory Building In The Secondary School And Sports Complex In Aleksandrów Łódzki: Co-Financing Under The Program Priority Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In Public Buildings And Municipal Resources In The Form Of Subsidies And Loans (Wfośigw In Łódź).2) Construction Works Entitled: Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In The School Building In The Secondary School And Sports Complex In Aleksandrów Łódzki: Co-Financing On General Principles (Continuous Recruitment) In The Form Of A Subsidy From Wfośigw In Łódź.4. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Following Studies:1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4A To The Swz (Applies To The School Building)2) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4B To The Swz (Applies To The Dormitory Building)3) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz5. If It Is Necessary To Obtain Other Permits Or Arrangements Required By Law And Resulting From The Implementation Of This Order, All Related Costs Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.6. Due To The Nature Of The Works, During The Works, Special Attention Should Be Paid To Properly Securing The Area And Minimizing The Nuisance Associated With The Works.7. All Design, Construction And Auxiliary Works Not Specified But Necessary For Proper And Comprehensive Execution Should Be Treated As Obvious And Included In The Costs And Deadlines For The Execution Covered By This Order. The Contractors Valuation Should Also Include Fees Arising From The Agreement, Including: Organization Of The Construction Site, Auxiliary Works For Basic Works, Security Works, Storage, Removal And Disposal Costs Of Waste, Rubble, Etc., And Tidying Up The Construction Site After Completion Of The Works.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation And Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Design Reports And Other Documents Required By Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And Other Specific Regulations. In Addition, The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Requirements Specified In Section Ii, Section 4 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include, Both In The Design Documentation And In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.9.
