1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In A Thorough Renovation Of Office Premises In The Facility Of The State Archives In Warsaw Branch In Pułtusk, Located At Ul. Zaułek 22, 06-100 Pułtusk.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.3. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature When Preparing The Offer. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation, The Provisions Of The Design Documentation Shall Prevail.4. The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Building Entered In The Register Of Monuments As The Former Church Of St. The Blessed Virgin Mary In Pułtusk, Dating Back To The 16Th Century, With The Immediate Surroundings Within A Radius Of 100 M, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. A-79 And A-42-223.5. The Facility Remains Under The Protection Of The Masovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.6. If Elements Of Historical Or Archaeological Value Are Discovered During The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Stop The Works At The Place Of Discovery And Inform The Ordering Party.7. The Construction Works Covered By The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Relevant Standards And The Documentation Indicated In § 1 Section 2, The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, As Well As In Accordance With The Knowledge And Practice Of Construction And Professional Standards For This Type Of Works8. It Is Envisaged That The Ordering Party May, As A Result Of A Unilateral Decision, Limit The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Situation Where The Performance Of Specific Works Turns Out To Be Unnecessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Withdraw From The Agreement In Part, Within The Time Limit And On The Terms Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Provided That The Minimum Value Of The Parties Performance Is Set At 70% Of The Gross Offer Remuneration.
