The Task Includes The Complete Dismantling Of The Existing Bridge Along With The Construction Of A New Bridge Structure Along The District Road No. 1117K (From Road No. 1106K Cieślin - To Road No. 1119K Zarzecze) In The Town Of Cieślin. Reinforced Concrete, Single-Span Bridge With Frame Structure, Surface Drainage Through Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes. Foundation Piles Topped With A Reinforced Concrete Cap And Suspended Wings Are Planned. On A Supporting Structure With A Thickness Of Min. 0.7 M And 10.4 M Wide, Insulation Will Be Made Of Thermally Weldable Felt. The Road Will Be 6.0 M Wide And Limited By Curbs, Reinforced Concrete Overhangs 1.1 M And 3.3 M Wide, And Cornices Made Of Prefabricated Polymer Concrete Elements. H2/W4/A Bridge Railings Will Be Located Along The Edge Of The Facility. The Surface Of The Facility Will Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, On Its Own, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Road Markings Consistent With It For The Duration Of The Works. The Condition For The Commencement Of The Works Is The Submission By The Contractor Of An Approved Work Quality Assurance Program (Pzj) And The Insurance Policy Referred To In § 18 Of The Contract Template. As Part Of The Contract, The Following Traffic Safety Devices Must Be Installed: Vertical And Horizontal Markings, In Accordance With The Design. A Lump Sum Settlement Applies In The Proceedings In Question. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Requesting A Change In The Lump Sum Remuneration. Note: The Investment In Question Is Co-Financed From The General Subsidy Reserve. The Contractor Declares That He Is Aware That It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest To Complete The Order On Time. In The Event Of Failure To Meet The Contractual Deadline, There Is A Risk Of Losing The Subsidy And Resulting Damage To The Ordering Party, The Covering Of Which Will Be Demanded From The Contractor By The Ordering Party. Immediately After Taking Over The Construction Site, But No Later Than 15 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Place An Information Board About The Subsidy At The Place Of Execution Of The Task. Within 10 Days Of Handing Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Will Place 1 Information Board Containing The Contractors Data, Including The Telephone Number Of The Manager. Construction In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Board Is To Be Made In Accordance With Art. 45B Of The Construction Law. The Contractor Will Submit A Cost Estimate Of The Works To The Ordering Party Within 3 Days Of Concluding The Agreement. Detailed Information Regarding The Cost Estimate Of The Works Has Been Included In The Contract Template. The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Agreement, Is Obliged To Cover All Costs Resulting From Supervision By Inspectors In The Scope Of Works (Works
