1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Surface Of A Fragment Of A Municipal Road In The Town Of Mszadla. Total Length Of The Renovated Section – 366.20 M2. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Includes: 1) Cleaning And Sprinkling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface, 2) Making A Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete With An Average Thickness Of 5 Cm, 3) Cleaning And Sprinkling Of The Leveling Layer, 4) Making A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete With A Thickness Of 4 Cm,5) Construction Of Exits To The Property,6) Filling And Profiling The Roadsides With A Width Of 0.5 And A Thickness Of 15 Cm.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution Of Works Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.4. The Construction Work Should Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In This Swz And The Attached Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.5. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Prepare A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Completed Works, These Costs Should Be Included In The Offer Price, 2) Make And Maintain Temporary Marking Of The Works At His Own Expense Throughout The Implementation Period, As Well As Dismantle It After The Works, These Costs Should Be Included In The Offer Price, 3) Mark The Construction Site, 4) Organize, Maintain And Secure The Construction Site With Social And Technical Facilities, 5) Tidy Up The Area After Construction Site, 6) Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation, 7) And Any Other Works Specified In The Construction Design, Sst And Bill Of Quantities, Not Included In This Swz, But Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Construction Practice. 6.
