The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Third Floor Of The Building Located At Ul. 10 Lutego 24 In Gdynia In Order To Adapt It For The Needs Of The Implementation Of The Municipal Center For Mobility Management And Public Security There; 2) Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Server Room With Equipment And Accompanying Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Municipal Center For Mobility Management And Public Security In A New Room On The Third Floor Of The Building At Ul. 10 Lutego 24 In Gdynia;3) Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Physical Infrastructure Of The Server Room For The Needs Of The Municipal Center For Mobility And Public Security Management In The Existing Server Room In The Building Of The Pomeranian Science And Technology Park (Ppnt) Located At Al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, Gdynia; 4) Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Telecommunications Network Connecting The Municipal Center For Mobility And Public Safety Management With The Server Room At Ppnt And The Ppnt Server Room With The Existing Fiber Optic Network Of The Tristar System, As Well As Connecting The Network Of The Municipal Guard And Crisis Management Department With The Building At Ul. 10 Lutego 24 In Gdynia, Where Mczmibp Will Be Located;5) Implementation Of An It Project For Both Planned Server Rooms And For The Entire It System;6) Before Preparing The Above Design Documentation (Points 1-5), The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Develop A Design Concept, Which He Will Present To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Submit Comments On The Concept, Which Should Be Taken Into Account Before Starting The Design.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Contractors Obligations Are Included In The Annexes To The Swz:1) Annex A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments;2) Annex B - Price Form;3) Annex No. 6 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
