The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation In Order To Create An Mds. Adaptation Of The Existing Shelter To The Mds - Ignacy Łukasiewicz Primary School No. 6 In Czechowice-Dziedzice, Ul. Ignacego Łukasiewicza 37 - Design And Build. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 From The Funds Of The Voivode Śląskie. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of: 1) Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Prepared By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Above-Mentioned. Point 1 And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Agreement Together With The Performance Of All Activities Required By Law;A) Functional Requirements Of The Mdsthe Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Ensure The Fulfillment Of All Requirements Resulting From The Mds Regulation, Including: - Minimum Area Per Person, - Ventilation, Number Of Exits, Equipment, Accessibility, Signage, Emergency Lighting, Power Supply, Sanitary Facilities, Fire Protection.B) The Order Covers The Design And Execution Of Works In The Field Of: - Industry Construction And Construction;- Hvac Installation Industry (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning);- Sanitary Industry;- Electrical And Telecommunications Industry;- Waterproofing Industry;- Finishing Works;- Additional Equipment - I.E. Emergency Power Supply From A Spare Generator With A Fuel Tank, Military Gabion Barriers For The Protection Of Facilities And Military Bases - And All Industries Necessary To Obtain Compliance With The Regulations; The Ordering Party Returns Note That The Entire Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Swz, Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Regulations Of The Ordering Party, Standards, Construction Law And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. In Accordance With The Construction Law, The Ordering Party Will Expect The Contractor To Provide Documentation Of Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation During The Construction Works. The Ordering Party Points Out That The Contractor Of The Works Should Verify The Assumptions Of The Inventory On His Own. The Technical Expertise Regarding The Structure Of The Facility Intended To Be Adapted For The Needs Of A Temporary Shelter Prepared By Zbigniew Pająk, Ph.D., Is A Supplement To The Description Of The Ffu - Annex 2 (Annex 2) To The Fup. The Ordering Party Notes That The Presented Expert Opinion Attached To The Study Is Intended To Outline The Scope Of Work And Does Not Constitute The Entire Works That May Arise
