1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Sports Complex Moje Pitch - Orlik 2012 Located In The City Of Grajewo On Part Of The Plot No. 2031/86 At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 84 On The Premises Of The School Complex No. 2 Named After The 9Th Mounted Rifle Regiment In Grajewo. The Sports Complex Was Built In 2008 As Part Of The Moje Program. Playing Field - Orlik 2012. The Sports Complex Includes: A Football Pitch With A Synthetic Grass Surface; A Multi-Functional Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface With A Handball Field, Two Basketball Fields, A Volleyball Field And A Tennis Court; A Building With Sanitary And Locker Room Facilities. As Part Of The Modernization Of The Sports Complex, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out: 1) Replenishing The Pitch Surface Football Field; The Existing Football Pitch, Measuring 30 M X 62 M, With A Total Area Of 1,860 M2, Has A Locally Worn Synthetic Grass Surface. Due To Intensive Use, The Existing Surface Was Damaged In Places, Which Led To A Partial Loss Of The Properties Required For A Sports Surface. Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed: A) Cleaning Of The Synthetic Grass, B) Replenishing The Granules, C) Repairing Local Areas. Defects On The Grass, D) Painting The Pitch Lines, 2) Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Pitch; The Existing Multi-Purpose Pitch With Dimensions Of 26 M X 46 M, With A Total Area Of 1196 M2, Has A Worn Polyurethane Surface. The Existing Surface Was Gradually Damaged Due To Intensive Use, Which Led To The Loss Of The Properties Required For A Sports Surface. The Surface Should Be Completely Renovated (Replaced). Polyurethane. Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed: A) Tearing Up The Existing Surface, B) Repairing Cracks And Defects In The Substructure, C) Spraying The Surface, D) Applying Two Layers Of The Surface By Spraying, E) Marking And Painting Lines Marking The Playing Fields, 3) Replacing Lighting Fixtures; The Facility Is Lit Using Sodium Lighting Fixtures Mounted On Lighting Poles Outdated And Do Not Meet The Standards For Lighting Of Sports Facilities. Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed: - Replacement Of Sodium Lighting Fixtures With Led Lighting. 4) Modernization Of The Sanitary And Locker Room Building. The Existing Sanitary And Locker Room Building With An Area Of 82.9 M2 Was Made Using Prefabricated Technology And Was Assembled At The Construction Site Current Condition, The Building Requires Urgent Intervention Due To, Among Others, Damage To The Plastic Floor In The Social Room, Two Cloakrooms, Four Toilets And A Technical Room, Damage To The Terrace Floor, Damage To The Wooden Elements Of The Buildings Facade.
