Scope Of Works: Stage I: Renovation Of Staircases, Replacement Of The Floor On The Second Floor Of The Building And Installation Of A Partition Wall In The Corridor Along With Lighting: ● Dismantling The Pvc Floor Covering, Making A Screed, Installing The Pvc Floor Covering ● Removing Damaged Plasters; ● Stretching The Gypsum Plaster; ● Varnishing The Walls To A Height Of 200 Cm; ● Painting The Walls Twice And Ceiling;● Disassembly, Cleaning, Raising And Painting Of Balustrades;● Construction Of An Aluminum Partition Wall With Windows, Illumination Of The Room;● Removal Of Post-Renovation Materials. The Order Also Includes The Organization Of The Construction Site And The Performance Of Other Works Required By Technology. The Scope Of The Planned Works Covered By This Tender Includes An Offer Cost Estimate, The Value Of Which Should Be Entered In The Offer Form. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). The Materials Used Must Be Brand New And Have Valid Hygienic Certificates, Technical Approvals And Valid Certificates Allowing For Use In Construction.
