The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Meals Together With The Provision Of Waiter Service, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service, For The Needs Of The 7Th Pomeranian Scientific Workshops - Zdolni Z Pomorza Organized At The University Of Gdańsk.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Service Including Preparing And Delivering Breakfasts, Lunches And Dinners, As Well As Providing Waiter Service. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 55321000-6 (Food Preparation Services), 55320000-9 (Food Serving Services), 55521200-0 (Meal Delivery Services), 55520000-1 (Meal Delivery Services). 4. Place Of Service: Oliwa Campus Of The University Of Gdańsk, Located In Gdańsk In The Area Of ​​Abrahama, Wita Stwosza And Prof. Maria Janion. The Detailed Location, I.E. Indication Of A Specific Building/Department, Room Or Corridor, Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Concluding The Contract. The Service Will Be Provided In A Place Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Does Not Bear Any Costs Related To Renting The Space.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Fully Ready To Provide The Service At Least 15 Minutes Before The Start Of Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner On A Given Day Of Service. Full Readiness To Provide The Service Should Be Understood In Particular: Preparation And Delivery Of Meals, Preparation Of Tables, Including Covering Them With Tablecloths, Setting Meals, Preparation Of Cutlery And Tableware, And Providing Waiting Staff Ready To Serve The Event.6. The Ordering Party, No Later Than 3 Business Days Before A Given Order Execution Day, Will Provide The Contractor With The Number Of Meals For A Given Order Execution Day, Including The Number Of Meals Under Individual Special Diets. The Contractor May Offer A Shorter Deadline For Providing The Contractor With The Number Of Meals Before Each Day Of Order Execution, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Chapter Xvii Of The Swz. The Deadline For Providing The Contractor With The Number Of Meals Before Each Day Of Order Execution Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Which Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xvii Of The Swz. A Special Diet Should Be Understood As A Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free And Lactose-Free Diet. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Correct The Number Of Meals Provided To The Contractor, Including The Number Of Special Diets (By Reducing Or Increasing), By No More Than 10% Of This Number, No Later Than 48 Hours Before The Planned Start Of A Given Day Of Order Execution. In The Event Of Correction Of The Number Of Meals Referred To Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Taking Into Account The Adjusted Number Of Meals.
