1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Rock Road Salt Intended For Winter Maintenance Of County Roads Managed By The Wschowa County. 2) The Total Quantity Of The Order Is: 150 Mg (Tons). 3) Due To Unpredictable Weather Conditions On Which The Demand For Salt Depends, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantitative Scope Of The Order. The Minimum Order Quantity Is 100 Tons.4) The Order Includes: Purchase Of Road Salt, Loading, Transport, Unloading At The Indicated Delivery Place, All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order.5) Purpose Of The Salt: Road Salt Will Be Used For: Removing Winter Slipperiness On District Roads, Preparing Sand-Salt Mixtures.6) Road Salt Must Be Delivered In Bags Of Big-Bag Weighing: 1000 Kg Or 1200 Kg.7) The Bags Should: Be Brand New, Enable Mechanical Unloading, Have A Set Of Transport Handles, Protect The Material Against Moisture, Be Marked With The Name Of The Manufacturer Or Supplier.8) Quality Requirements:- The Road Salt Offered Must Be Intended For Winter Road Maintenance And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En Standard 16811-1:2016-10 Winter Road Maintenance Equipment And Products - De-Icing Agents - Part 1: Sodium Chloride - Requirements And Test Methods Or An Equivalent Standard, In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, - If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Product Meets Requirements No Worse Than Those Specified In The Above-Mentioned.
