1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of One Brand New, Above-Ground Steel Drinking Water Retention Tank With A Usable Capacity Of Not Less Than 1655 M³, Along With Complete Equipment, At The Water Intake In Ujejsc In Dąbrowa Górnicza (Plot No. 10/1, District 0011 Sikorka And Plot No. 1299/1, 1300/1, 1301/1, 1302/1, Precinct 0018 Ząbkowice).2. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Will Be Brand New, Unused, Functional And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Or Obligations Of Third Parties.3. Scope Limit: The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Tank Along With Its Assembly (Foundation, Integration And Tightness Test) On A Prepared Foundation Slab. The Order Does Not Include Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law. The Scope Of The Order Ends With The Tank Connection Stubs. All Works Behind The Spigot - I.E. Construction Of The Foundation Slab, Foundations, Connections And Underground Pipelines, Heating, Automation And Control, Connection Of The Tanks Process Lines To The Water Supply Network, Tests And Commissioning Of The Installation As Well As Rinsing And Disinfection Of The Network - Are Carried Out By The Infrastructure Operator (Dąbrowskie Wodociągi Sp. Z O. O.) And Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order. The Contractor Is Only Responsible For: Delivery Of The Tank With Equipment, Its Assembly On The Board, Tightness Test Of The Tank Itself And Submission Of Documentation, Certificates And Guarantees.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms And Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Following Documents: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference; 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Terms Of Reference.5. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Article 226, Paragraph 1, Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
