The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting Of: Washing, Disinfection And Rental Of Bed Linen As Well As Disinfection And Washing Of Hospital Linen And Protective Clothing Owned By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Service Of Transporting Dirty Linen From A Designated Point Of The Ordering Partys Facility To The Contractors Laundry And The Transport Of Clean Linen From The Contractors Laundry To A Designated Point At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Template Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries.
