3.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property For The Naval Museum In Gdynia In The Period 01/10/2026 - 31/01/2028, Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 22 August 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws 1997, No. 114, Item 740, As Amended), Related Acts And Implementing Acts.3.2. The Order Covers The Security Of The Building And The Studio Warehouse At Ul. Zawiszy Czarnego 1B In Gdynia Along With The Adjacent Area - An Outdoor Exhibition Of Naval Weapons And Armaments And Other Property, Through: A) Permanent Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, B) Constant Supervision Of Alarm Signals Sent, Collected And Processed In The Ordering Partys Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems - Burglary And Attack Signaling, Fire Protection, Closed-Circuit Television (Monitoring), Lighting Management System. The Contractors Tasks In This Respect Also Include The Operation Of Fixed Fire Extinguishing Equipment And The Performance Of All Activities Described In The Security Plan And Fire Safety Instructions For The Facility, C) Taking Action By The Contractors Intervention Group In The Event Of A Direct Threat To The Safety Of Property And Persons. The Intervention Group In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of October 21, 2011 On The Principles Of Arming Specialized Armed Protective Formations And The Conditions Of Storage And Recording Of Weapons And Ammunition: At Least Two Armed Security Personnel Who, After Obtaining Information From Alarm Devices Or Systems Signaling A Threat To Protected Persons Or Property Via An Armed Intervention Station, Jointly Carry Out Tasks Of Protecting Persons Or Property In The Form Of Direct Ad Hoc Physical Protection In The Protected Area, Facility Or Device. Other Information Is Included In Point 3 Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
