Date Added: August 12, 2026 Deadline: 01/09/2026 Category: Diesel Supply INTRODUCTION Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited in its role as Operator of the NNPC/Renaissance/Total Energies/AGIP Joint Venture, hereby announces to interested and prequalified companies an upcoming tendering opportunity for Supply of AGO and PMS to Renaissance Operations. Renaissance hereby invites reputable and competent Nigerian Companies and alliances with requisite experience and accreditation to apply to be considered for inclusion in the bidders list for subject tender. Successful bidder(s) will be responsible to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Renaissance HSSE & SP Control Framework on Waste as well as local & international regulations. The proposed contract will provisionally commence in Q3 2027 and remain active for 5 years duration, with a 2-year extension option. 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK The scope of the service is the Supply of AGO and PMS to Renaissance Operations. This includes but is not limited to: Trucking and Filling Station Cards: Supply of petroleum products (PMS and AGO) to Renaissance offices and residences in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja locations. Marine Delivery: Supply of Petroleum Product (AGO) directly to Renaissance supply bases in Ogunu and PHC Stocking: Procure and stock AGO in CONTRACTORs own storage facility at Onne, Warri and Port Harcourt on COMPANY behalf. 3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 1. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested suppliers are required to be pre-qualified and have a LIVE subscription status in the NJQS service/product group: 2.07.02 (Petroleum Product Gas, Oils and Fuels) by the advert closing date. Only successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this category will receive the Invitation to Technical and Commercial Tender (ITT). 2. To determine if you are pre-qualified and to view the product/service category under which you are registered, visit https://vms.nipex.org/login and access NJQS using your login credentials. Click on the Subscription tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard to view your subscription status, and then click the Product Code tab to view your registered product codes. 3. If you are not listed under the product/service category mentioned above but have registered with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) to conduct business in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry in that area, please contact the NipeX Administration Office at Post Square Towers (Building B), 13 Ologun Agbaje Street, Off Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, with your NUPRC (formerly DPR) certificate as evidence for verification and the necessary update. 4. To initiate the NJQS pre-qualification process, access http://www.nipex-ng.com, click on the Registration tab, and select New Vendor Registration. 5. To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the Nigerian Content requirements in the NipeX system. Relevant NUPRC Permit Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission permit 4.0 NIGERIAN CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 1. To be eligible to participate in this tender, Tenderers must provide evidence of registration on the NCDMB NOGIC JQS. 2. Demonstrate that entity is a Nigerian registered company with greater than 51% Nigerian shareholding. Submit certified true copies of CAC forms 10, 02 & 07 (or its equivalent; CAC 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, etc.) including company memorandum & article of association and/or evidence of entitys incorporation, shareholding & ownership structure in Nigeria. 3. Tenderer shall provide evidence of Category PS or DA for demonstrating capacity and capability carry out AGO/Fuel/Petroleum Products logistics services in the Nigerian oil and Gas industry. 4. For the marine category, bidders must provide NCDMB Marine Vessel Certificate for all vessels to be deployed in support of this work scope (e.g barges etc) 5. Provide evidence of what percentage of your Companys key management positions is held by Nigerians and what percentage of the total work force are Nigerians. Also, show overall percentage of work to be performed in Nigeria and those by Nigerian resources relative to total work volume. The bidders shall comply and execute the contracts in compliance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010 (NOGICD Act) and all applicable laws and regulations especially HCD implementation at bidders cost. 5.0 CLOSING DATE Only Tenderers who are registered in the Product Category List 2.07.02 (Petroleum Product-Gas, Oils and fuels) services NJQS product categories as at 4.00pm on 1st September 2026 being the advert close date shall be invited to submit technical bids and commercial bids. The required category classes are A, B, C, and D. 6.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Bidders shall receive and submit both Technical and Commercial ITT together. Only Bidders successful at the technical evaluation stage will have their commercial bids opened. All costs incurred in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be to the contractors accounts. This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of Renaissance to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors, or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from Renaissance and or any of its partners by virtue of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS Renaissance will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents.
