Implementation Of Construction And Insulation Work Consisting In The Repair Of The Existing Green Roof. As Part Of The Repair, The Existing Degraded Roof Structure Will Be Completely Removed, Down To The Concrete Supporting Structure Itself, And Replaced With The New Dek St.2005F System In The Inverted Roof Concept. Works Mainly Include: A. Extensive Removal Of The Original Vegetation Cover, Substrate And Dismantling Of All Non-Functional Insulation, Drainage And Filter Layers; B. Thorough Cleaning Of The Surface Of The Supporting Structure And Application Of A Penetrating Coating; C. Full-Surface Melting Of New Two-Layer Waterproofing From Modified Asphalt Strips (With Certificate Of The Top Strip Against Root Penetration); D. Laying Thermal Insulation From Non-Absorbent Extruded Polystyrene (Xps); E. Installation Of Profiled Stud Film With Integrated Filter Fabric With Drainage, Hydro-Accumulation And Protective Function; F. Spreading A New Layer Of Special Roof Substrate For Extensive Greenery And Laying A New Vegetation Cover In The Form Of Pre-Grown Limestone Mats; G. Removal Of Demolished Material, Its Storage At The Landfill, Cleaning Of The Construction Site And Transfer Of Construction Materials.
