The Target Of The Planned Acquisition Is Marketing Services For The Welfare Region Of South Karelia. The Services May Include The Following Areas: - Planning And Implementation Of Campaigns And Concepts - Planning And Implementation Of Digital Communication - Development Related To Brand Work - Graphic Design (E.G. Proofreading And Layout Of Magazines, Posters, Roll-Ups, Announcements, Visual Appearance) - Content Production (Text And Visual Content, Such As Online Magazines, Announcements, Social Media Contents) - Personnel And Customer Communication Planning, Folding Works And Cooperation With Printing Houses The Planned Contract Period Is 01.11.2026-31.10.2028. The Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Contract Period To 01.11.2028-31.10.2029 And 01.11.2029-31.10.2030. Based On The Acquisition, It Is Intended To Establish A Framework Arrangement For Three Suppliers. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Purchase Obligations And The Contract Does Not Give The Service Provider Exclusive Rights To Provide Services. The Purchasing Unit Produces Part Of The Marketing Services As Its Own Service Production. The Market Dialogue Takes Place In Writing.
