Referrals Are Made Through Access Harrow Or Sheltered Scheme Coordinators, Who Assess And Determine The Resident’S Specific Needs. Once A Referral Is Submitted, The Adaptations Team Evaluates The Request And Undertakes The Necessary Works To Repair The Wet Room, Ensuring It Fully Meets The Accessibility Requirements Of The Disabled Resident.
