Purchasing Departmentrequest For Proposal Rfp #27-09 Groundwater/Methane Gas Monitoring Services - Annual Contracthenry County Is Accepting Proposals From Qualified Vendors To Furnish All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Services, Including Required Laboratory Testing, Necessary To Manage Groundwater And Surface Water Sample Collection, Testing, Reporting And Methane Gas Well Monitoring And Reporting For The Closed Landfills In Henry County, Georgia On A Renewable Contract Basis. The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Services Required To Fulfill The Terms And Conditions Of This Bid. Rfps Will Be Accepted Until 3:00 Pm Local Time On September 10, 2026. Late Rfps Will Not Be Considered Nor Returned. Rfps Submitted By Mail, Common Carrier Or Delivered In Person Will Be Received By Henry County, Purchasing Department, Located At 140 Henry Parkway, Mcdonough, Ga 30253. Electronic Rfps Are To Be Submitted Through The Countys Eprocurement Portal At (Https://Procurement.Opengov.Com/Portal/Henryga). Emailed Or Faxed Rfps Will Not Be Consideredrfps May Not Be Withdrawn For Sixty (60) Days After The Time And Date Set For Closing, Except As Allowed By Ocga. Henry County Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Rfps And To Waive Any Technicalities.
