The Senate Department For Culture And Social Cohesion Of The State Of Berlin (Hereinafter: Client/Senkultgz) Intends To Award Services To Carry Out 12 In-Depth Verifications Of The Use Of Donations In The Area Of Department Ii (Social Cohesion) With A Focus On Preventing Anti-Semitism. The Audits Are Based In Particular On The Provisions Of The Berlin State Budget Code (Lho), In Particular Section 44 Lho And The Implementing Regulations Issued For This Purpose (Av Section 44 Lho). The Aim Of This Check By The Contractor (An) Is To Ensure The Proper And Appropriate Use Of The Approved Funding. The Proof Of Use Audit Includes The Detailed Review Of The Use Of Funds By The Recipients Of Funds Based On The Approved Notices As Well As The Legal And Funding Regulations.
