The Municipality Of Río Hurtado, Within The Framework Of Its Public Security Policy And Modernization Of The Communal Technological Infrastructure, Has Identified The Need To Install, Improve And Update The Telesurveillance System In Strategic Points Of The Commune. This Initiative Responds To The Growing Citizen Demand For Greater Security In Public Spaces And The Institutional Need To Have Effective Crime Monitoring And Prevention Tools. The Existing Telesurveillance System Has Deficiencies In Coverage, Resolution And Storage Capacity, Which Limits The Operational Capacity Of The Municipal Monitoring Center. This Tender Contemplates The Acquisition, Installation And Configuration Of New Technological Infrastructure In Five (5) Georeferenced Points Of The Commune, Including The Town Of Samo Alto And The Andacollo Intersection. The Proposed Configuration Contemplates A Mixed System Of Ptz (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) Cameras And 4 Mp Varifocal Fixed Cameras, Mounted On 10-Meter Poles With Certified Civil Structures, Interconnected Through Point-To-Point Wireless Network Infrastructure And Signal Reception In The Municipal Monitoring Room.
