The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Rental Service Of Two High-Performance Vps Virtual Private Servers, On Business Cloud Infrastructure Physically Located In Chile, Intended To Host Institutional Applications, Databases, Web Platforms, Interoperability Services And Developments Associated With Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Of The Santa Cruz Hospital, Including The Initial Configuration, Infrastructure Management, Technical Support And Operational Continuity Of The Service, In Accordance With The Minimum Technical Specifications Established In The Technical Bases. The Contract Will Have A Duration Of Twenty-Four 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract Or Complete Processing Of The Administrative Act That Approves It, And The Provider Must Maintain The Availability, Operability, Security And Sla Service Levels Committed To In Its Offer Throughout The Contractual Period.
