Glazing Work – Work On The Built Heritage Of The City Of Nîmes - Lot N°13 – Solar Protection (Relaunch). The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Maintenance Work For The Relaunch Of The Solar Protection Package For Municipal Buildings. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On Its Notification Date And Ends After 12 Months. This Contract Is Renewable 3 Times For Identical Durations (12 Months) All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Services Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-1° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded, Without A Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount In Value. The Execution Of The Services Is Not Divided Into Phases.
