Target Of The Dynamic Procurement System The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Is Locking Systems And Devices And Related Services For Hansel Oys Customers. The Products Procured Through The Dynamic Procurement System Are, For Example, • Electromechanical Locking Systems; • Mechanical Locking Systems; • Locking Components; • Additional Devices And Accessories That Are Permanently Connected To The Aforementioned Locking Systems And Devices And Serve Their Purpose. Services Related To The Purchased Products Of The Dynamic Procurement System Include, For Example: • Consulting And Planning Service; • Installation Services; • Documentation Services; • Warranty Maintenance; • Repair Maintenance Service; • Advance Maintenance Service; • Operational Training And Additional Training; • Master User Services Of The Electromechanical Locking System; And • Key Storage Service And Key Management Service. The Subject Of Dps Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Attachments, Especially In The Appendix Subject Of The Dynamic Procurement System. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply To Participate In It. The Dps Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Interrupted Or Changed While The Dps Is Valid. Hansel Oys Customers Make Procurements Among Candidates Approved For Dps Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Which Can Be Scheduled For The Duration Of Dpss Entire Procurement Phase. The Acquisition Phase Of Dps Begins After The Establishment Phase On 16 September 2026 And Ends When The Validity Period Of Dps Expires. The Duration Of The Procurement Contract Can Be A Maximum Of Eight (8) Years And It Can Be Valid Until 31 December 2034 At The Most. Orders Must Be Delivered No Later Than Six (6) Months After The End Of The Procurement Contract. However, The Procurement Contract Can Be Valid Until December 31, 2042 At Most, If Services (Such As Repair And Maintenance Services) That Are The Subject Of This Dynamic Procurement System Are Purchased For The Products That Are Subject To The Dynamic Procurement System. Scope Of The Dynamic Procurement System The Anticipated Total Value Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is A Maximum Of 40,000,000 Euros (Without Vat).
