The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Development Of Project Documentation In Stages And In The Scope According To Annex No. 1.2 Of The Procurement Documentation, Securing The Permit For The Project And Related Construction Works To The Necessary Extent, Conducting Comprehensive Tests, Training Personnel And Ensuring Service Services For A Period Of 5 Years From The Completion Of The Work. The Public Contract Is Awarded Using The Method Of Determining Requirements For Performance And Function (Design & Build), Which Are Specified In The Technical Specifications According To Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation.
