In Terms Of Functionality, Component 1 Type Banknote Counters (“Simple” Counters) Are Mainly Intended For Counting And Valuing Banknotes In Checkout Environments With Moderate Or Standard Cash Volume While Component 2 Type Banknote Counters (“Sorter” Counters) Are Intended To Ensure The Sorting Of Banknotes According To Predefined Criteria (Category, Condition, Other Configurable Criteria) For Environments With Higher Cash Volume Or Requiring Systematic Sorting. In Terms Of Technicality, Banknote Counters Must Meet A Performance Level Of Counting Speed, Noise Level And Ergonomics Which Will Be Specified In The Specifications. The Services Must Include In Particular: – The Supply Of Section 1 Type Banknote Counters (“Simple” Counters) – The Supply Of Section 2 Type Banknote Counters (“Sorter” Counters); – The Supply Of Accessories, Consumables, I.E. Elements Replaced Regularly (For The Packaging Of Banknotes, Linked To Possible Peripherals, For Routine Maintenance, Wearing Parts Assimilated To Consumables, Etc.) And Software Elements Necessary For The Operation Of The Equipment; – Warranty And Technical Support, Management Of Updates (Software, Sensors) And Management Of Return-To-Workshop Repairs; – The Possibility Of Training First-Level Maintenance Technicians, As Well As The Provision Of Technical And User Documentation In French; – Associated Logistics Services: Packaging, Transport, Delivery To The Ell (Logissimo Logistics Warehouse) In Roye As A Central Logistics Point. The Contract May Also Include Additional Services Such As Warranty Extensions For Banknote Counters, Training, Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance (Repair Packages, Wearing Parts, Etc.); Recovery And Treatment Of End-Of-Life Equipment (Weee). The Scope Of The Market Covers The Mainland Territory (Including Corsica) As Well As The Overseas Departments And Regions (Drom) And The Overseas Communities (Com), Via La Poste’S Internal Systems. The Estimated Volume Is Approximately 2,462 Component 1 Type Banknote Counters And Approximately 2,062 Component 2 Type Banknote Counters, For A Forecast Total Of Approximately 4,524 Pieces Of Equipment. The Quantities May Vary Upwards Or Downwards Depending On The Actual Needs Of La Poste, Without Generating Any Right To Compensation For The Holder. These Volumes Are Estimates And Do Not Constitute An Order Commitment On The Part Of La Poste. The Contract Is Single Beneficiary.
