The Intention Of The Contracting Authority Is To Carry Out Structural And Technological Reconstruction Of The Current Catering Operation In The Existing Building And Thereby Create The Conditions For The Establishment And Operation Of A Modern Catering Operation In Order To Ensure The Production And Distribution Of Food For The Needs Of The Ministrys Employees. The Aim Of The Planned Reconstruction Is Mainly The Replacement And Addition Of Gastro-Technological Kitchen Equipment (Including The Preparation Of Gluten-Free Food), Modification Of The Food Delivery Area, Replacement Of Internal Surfaces (Tiles, Ceramic Tiles, Suspended Ceilings, Painting), Location Of A Self-Service Store, New Air Conditioning Solutions.
