(Iv. 12.) 16-22-Passenger Bus Pass (Vehicle) For A 16-22-Passenger Bus With Vehicle Category M2 According To § 2 (9) B) Of The Köhém Regulation (Köhém Regulation) Or M3 Vehicle Category According To § 2 (9) C) Of The Köhém Regulation (Vehicle) In Technical Description Ii. In Accordance With The Schedule According To Section 7, And The Provision Of Additional Services (Additional Services) Related To The Operation Of The Vehicles, Defined In The Technical Description. The Vehicles Do Not Become The Property Of The Bidder — In The Rental Arrangement, Ownership Remains With The Bidder Throughout. The Tenderer Only Accepts Offers Of The Same Type Of Vehicle Per Propulsion Type (I.E., For Diesel-Powered Vehicles, The Offer Of Vehicles Of The Same Type Can Be Accepted, And Regardless Of This, The Offer Of Vehicles Of The Same Type Can Be Accepted For Electric-Powered Vehicles.) The Framework Agreement Consists Of Four Stages That Can Be Ordered, The First Stage Of Which Is Ordered By The Tenderer By Concluding The Framework Agreement: Stage 1: 1 Piece Electrically Driven, 4 Euro 6 Diesel Powered Vehicles (5 Vehicles In Total); Phase 2: 3 Euro 6 Diesel-Powered Vehicles (8 Vehicles In Total); Phase 3: 1 Electric Vehicle, 2 Euro 6 Diesel Vehicles (11 Vehicles In Total); Phase 4: 2 Electric Vehicles, 2 Euro 6 Diesel Vehicles (15 Vehicles In Total). The Contracting Authoritys Expectations And Parameters Related To The Vehicles Are Contained In The Technical Description. The Additional Services Are Defined By The Bidder Below. Availability • Monthly Availability Target: At Least 95% For Each Vehicle From The Date Of Taking Possession Specified In The Contract (09:00–22:00) • Planned Maintenance: Can Only Be Carried Out Outside The Service Period Or By Providing A Replacement Vehicle At The Same Time Trouble Shooting And Replacement Vehicle • Start Of On-Site Troubleshooting: Within 4 Hours Of Reporting The Fault • Provision Of A Replacement Vehicle: If The Fault Occurs Within 24 Hours Cannot Be Avoided Within, Within 24 Hours From The End Of The 24 Hours, With A Vehicle Of At Least An Equivalent Category • Drivetrain Of Replacement Vehicle: Diesel Engine Is Also Acceptable; Service And Parts Supply • Guaranteed Factory Parts Supply — Mandatory • On-Board Diagnostic System With Remote Access — Optional Elements, A Vehicle That Does Not Meet These Technical Parameters Can Also Be Validly Offered, Their Offer Does Not Constitute An Advantage In The Evaluation Of The Offer • In The Event Of On-Site Irreparability Up To A Distance Of 200 Km, The Bidder Shall Ensure At His Own Expense The Transport To The Specialist Service Indicated By The Bidder, The Fee For More Than 200 Km Borne By The Tenderer. • The Provision Of The Service Is The Cost And Obligation Of The Tenderer. At The End Of The Contract, Restoring The Original Condition Is Also The Cost And Responsibility Of The Lessee. The Bidder Is Obliged To Acknowledge The Foil Inscription And Upon Receipt/Return
