The Subject Of The Order Is The Arrangement Of The State Cycle Link D1 Along Zaloška Cesta In Ljubljana And The Renovation Of The Zaloška Cesta Carriageway Between Kajuhova Ulica And The Connection To Ac And Is Co-Financed With The Funds Of The European Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined In More Detail In The Lists Of Works (Appendix A), Project/Technical Documentation (Appendix B) And In Sample Contracts: Mol (Appendix C), Energetika Ljubljana D.O.O. (Annex D) And Vodovod Kanalizajja Snaga D.O.O. (Annex E). Energetika Ljubljana D.O.O. Participates In The Project As An Investor In Construction Works For The Needs Of The Renovation Of The Gas Pipeline And Hot Water Network. (Hereinafter Also Enlj) And As An Investor In The Renovation Of The Water Supply Network Vodovod Kanalizacija Snaga D.O.O. In The Inventories, The Provisions Of The Regulation On Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 51/2017) Are Taken Into Account, Namely In Such A Way That Environmental Aspects Will Be Taken Into Account During Construction, And When Purchasing Equipment, Goods With Less Burden On The Environment Will Be Procured, Which Are Produced From Materials With Less Burden On The Environment And With Processes With Less Burden On The Environment.
