The Scope Of Services Includes The Construction Of The Excavation Pit, The Foundation Cushion And All Underground Media Systems Including Drainage, Drinking Water, Earthing Systems And House Entries. The Focus Is On All Reinforced Concrete Work With Floor Slabs, Foundations, Walls, Ceilings, Cable Cellars As Well As All Structural Installation Parts, Recesses, Bushings, Seals And Preparatory Services For The Subsequent Trades. The Lot Also Includes The Solid Facades Including Thermal Insulation Composite System, All Roof Work With Sealing And Drainage As Well As The Essential Finishing Services With Floor Coatings, Raised Floor Systems As Well As Painting And Coating Work.
