The Current Public Procurement Includes Activities Related To The Delivery, Installation, Setup, Integration And Connection To A System For The Implementation Of Automated Control And Monitoring Of The Movement Of Road Vehicles On The Territory Of The Capital Municipality, As Well As The Testing Of A Minimum Of 11 New Electronic Information Boards And A Minimum Of 167 Signs With Variable Content, As Well As The Performance Of All Construction, Assembly And Repair Works Accompanying Their Introduction/Commissioning, Including Ensuring The Possibility Of Data Exchange And Integration With Existing And Future Information And Transport The Public Order Also Includes Activities Related To The Preparation And Delivery Of All Project Documentation For The Installation Of Technical Equipment (Structures And Equipment, Electronic Boards, Signs With Variable Content), As Well As The Implementation Of Copyright Supervision. The Contractor Should Deliver, Install, Configure And Put Into Operation A Centralized Software System For Management, Monitoring, Diagnostics And Visualization Of Electronic Boards, Road Signs With Variable Content, Controllers And Communication Modules; The Software System Should: • Be An On-Premises Solution Installed On The Server Infrastructure Of The Contracting Authority Or An Equivalent Infrastructure Provided As Part Of The Bidders Proposal; • To Provide The Possibility Of Centralized Management Of All Delivered Electronic Boards, Road Signs, Controllers And V2x/C-Its Communication Modules; To Support The Ntcip Standard (Eg Ntcip 1203) Or An Equivalent Internationally Recognized Protocol For Managing And Exchanging Data With Vms Devices; • To Support Communication Via Ethernet, Optical Connectivity, Mobile Networks (4G/5G), Satellite Communication Technologies (Satcom) And/Or Equivalent Communication Technologies; To Provide Monitoring Of The Communication Channels And The Status Of The Connection With The Field Devices; To Provide A Cartographic (Gis) Visualization Of The Location And Status Of Devices In Real Time; • To Provide Real-Time Visualization Of Active Messages, Alarms, Statuses And Diagnostic Information For Devices; • To Enable The Creation, Editing, Preview And Publication Of Text, Graphic And Combination Messages; • Include An Integrated Wysiwyg Editor Or Equivalent Functionality For Creating Visual Content; • To Enable The Creation Of Schedules, Scenarios And Calendar Scheduling Of Messages, Including Periodic And Recurring Events; • To Provide The Possibility Of Automatic Activation Of Predefined Scenarios Upon The Occurrence Of Certain Events, Alarms Or Input Data From External Systems And/Or Sensors; • To Provide Real-Time Synchronization Between Operator Work
