Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Sale Of Electricity For The Needs Of Municipalities And Their Organizational Units And Other Entities Belonging To The Purchasing Group. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Ordering Party - Municipalities And Their Organizational Units And Other Entities Belonging To The Purchasing Group To The Consumption Points Described In Detail In The List Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, On The Principles Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law And In The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. The Ordering Party Will Conclude Agreements Individually Or On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of Entities In Accordance With The Information Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Activities Related To The Distribution Of Electricity. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Agreements Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Electricity To The Indicated Entities In 2027, In An Amount Consistent With The Estimated Demand Of 11,562,337.630 Kwh. 2. The Forecast Electricity Consumption During The Term Of The Contract For Individual Ordering Parties Is For: - Przeworsk Municipality Together With Organizational Units / Other Entities - 1,148,800.500 Kwh - Przeworsk Commune Together With Organizational Units / Other Entities - 1,795,092.000 Kwh - Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej I Mieszkaniowej Sp. Z O. O. In Turku - 5,480,000.000 Kwh - Słupca Commune With Organizational Units / Other Entities - 761,738.000 Kwh - Gołuchów Commune With Organizational Units / Other Entities - 562,145.128 Kwh - Aquapark Kalisz Sp. Z O.O. - 1,814,562.000 Kwh Detailed Data Regarding The Delivery And Service Are Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 3B To Swz 3. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Sales Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity Of Such Value And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Actual Amount Of Purchased Energy, Confirmed By The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems During The Execution Of Contracts, Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Prices Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Will Be Binding On The Contractor Regardless Of The Actual Quantities. Pursuant To Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Declares That The Quantity Of Ordered Energy Will Not Be Reduced By More Than 10% Of The Original Scope Of The Order. The Above Circumstance, I.E. Reducing The Amount Of Energy Ordered To The Indicated Percentage, Will Not Affect The Change In The Amount Of The Contractors Unit Rates. 4. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Change The Number (Increase, Decrease) Of Electricity Consumption Points During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Price Rates Given In The Offer Form Also Apply To New/Additional Electricity Consumption Points. 5. The Ordering Parties Provide For The Possibility Of Increasing The Supply Of Electricity Using The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Right Of Option Is The Possibility Of Increasing
