Urban Planning Services – Elaboration Of An Urban And Open Space Planning Framework Plan Or A Functional Plan. The Subject Of The Contract To Be Awarded Is The Development Of A Framework Plan Or A Functional Plan Based On The Draft From The Competitive Dialogue. Part Of The Later Commission Also Includes Participation In The Planning Workshop To Update And Harmonize The Draft With The Results Of The Körber Technologies Master Plan Process. The Task Of The Planning Teams Is To Develop A Robust, Implementation-Oriented And At The Same Time Ambitious Spatial Concept. This Is Intended To Show How The Location Can Be Secured And Further Developed As An Inner-City Commercial And Industrial Location, And How It Can Be Reorganized In Terms Of Urban Development, Qualified In Terms Of Open Space, Adapted To The Climate And Better Connected In Terms Of Transport. The Aim Is To Create An Evolving Framework That Enables Future Changes And Adaptations, That Shows A Resilient Transformation Logic That Shows Different Time Horizons, Ownership Structures, Operational Requirements And Possible Development Paths. In The Competition Process, The Urban Development And Open Space Planning Issues Should Be Addressed From An Integrated Planning Perspective. The Framework Plan To Be Developed Includes The Development Of An Urban And Open Space Planning Model As Well As The Spatial Specification Of Central Statements On Use, Development Structure, Public Space, Green And Open Spaces And Development. Further Technical Requirements And Planning, As Far As They Are Relevant To The Examination Area, Must Be Included And Integrated Into A Coordinated Overall Concept.
