The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Bypass Of The City Of Biała Podlaska, Which Will Be Carried Out In Stages. As Part Of Stage I, It Is Planned To Expand The Existing Al. Solidarności From The Intersection With Dk 2 To Km 2+140 And Construction Of A New Road Towards The Existing Military Airport. Stage Ii Included The Extension Of Al.
