Supply Of unf set of battery fuse boxes-lhb cs , set of battery fuse boxes for lhb coaches consists of the following. 1) ba ttery fuse box positive to rcf drg.no.lw-7-1-001 alt-k or latest - qty- 1 no. 2) battery fuse box negative to rcf drg.no.lw-7-1-002 alt-l or latest qty- 1 no. note: a)rating of shunt (item-18 ) in both the drawings shall be provided 60mv, 50 amps in place of 60mv, 100a. b)m8 earthing boss d a 20 x 25mm length(material ss-304-s2) shall be welded outside for earthing of both fuse boxes. item s-38,42,47 in drg.no lw71001 & 38,42,43 in drg.no lw71002 shall be provided in the earthing boss. t he earthing horizontal locating dimension 70mm to be changed to 90mm in both fuse boxes for cleara nce of end fitting. no change in vertical locating dimension.earthing surface shall be 2b finish &free fr om paint. c)earthing symbol shall be provided in aluminium anodised plate & shall be riveted. d)insula ted copper busbar to is:1897 (latest), suitable length, 15mm width, 2.5mm thick shall be provided in t he wire no a1 & a4, instead of cable in drg.no. lw71001 alt-k or latest& shall be covered with heat sh rinkable sleeves conforming to hl-3 as per en-45545. e)insulated copper busbar to is:1897 (latest), s uitable length, 15mm width, 2.5mm thick shall be provided in the wire no. a2 & a4, instead of cable in drg.no. lw71002 alt-l or latest&& shall be covered with heat shrinkable sleeves conforming to hl-3 as per en-45545. f)all terminal blocks, insulators, cable duct, grommets,rubber products and cable ties s hall be hl-3 grade to en45545. g)tightening torque mentioned in iec 60947-1 shall be followed for ca ble terminations and torque marking shall be done.
