Construction Work – Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Paczków. 1 The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Paczków. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, In Particular: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law, Including, Among Others: Building Permit And (If Applicable) Update Of The Water Permit; B) Execution Of All Construction Works And Deliveries Of Machines And Equipment In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation And Pfu; C) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works; D) Carrying Out The Full Start-Up And Test Run (Operational Test) Process Along With Confirmation Of The Achievement Of The Control Parameters And The Ecological Effect; E) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Use Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; F) Granting A Guarantee On The Terms Specified In The Contract; G) Provision Of Service (Service Care) Within A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For Construction Works; Implementation Of The Investment In The Flood Plain. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Website Service, On The Terms Specified In The Fup. 2 After The Flood That Took Place In 2024, The Technical Condition Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant Prevents It From Functioning Normally. Currently, The Sewage Treatment Plant Operates In A Temporary Arrangement. The Sewage Treatment Plant Requires Urgent Reconstruction, Taking Into Account Its Location In A Flood Area. Based On The Requirements Contained In The Fup, A New Sewage Treatment Plant With Advanced Mechanical And Biological Treatment, Sludge Management, Power Supply, Control And Monitoring Systems Should Be Designed, Constructed And Achieved In Practice In Order To Achieve An Ecological Effect. Meeting The Location Requirements For The Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Paczków Requires The Design And Execution Of Demolition Works And Technological Facilities With Parameters That Guarantee The Proper Functioning And Durability Of The Structure In The Event Of Possible Floods And Storm Inflows That Destabilize The Operation Of The Treatment Plant, Also Taking Into Account The Complex Ground Conditions Described In The Fup. The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Before Obtaining A Building Permit And At The Technical Design Stage Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Attach To The Pab Design A List Of Designed Devices Containing The Name Of The Manufacturer And Basic Technical Parameters Of Performance, Power And Materials, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Pfu. After Constructing And Commissioning The Sewage Treatment Plant, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Document The Required Process Guarantees Specified In The Fup. In The Offer, The Contractor Will Calculate The Provision, Within A Period Of 1 Year, Of Full And Free Warranty Service, Including Inspections (Including Materials, Wearing Parts, Lubricants, Etc., Complete Requirements) Required By The Suppliers Of Equipment To Maintain The Warranty.
